Payment Forms
Go to public downloads or to members secure downloads for the appropriate form (dues, obits, donations and seminars). Fill out the printed form,scan to computer and email to askus@clallamcogs.org, or mail the completed form to CCGS, 403 East 8th Street, Port Angeles, WA 98362
Donations : Click on the link below PayPal. Fill out the form. Specify if money goes to TO OPERATING FUND. Pay with PayPal or mail a check.
Attention: Ordering is a multi-step process.
1. Add to cart to place order To complete the transaction, check the small box on the line "Check box and enter code"
A number will come up. Enter the number in the box to its right. Hit "Confirm and pay with PayPal"
2. Pay with PayPal
A confirmation code screen will come up. Hit the check out box. This takes you to the PayPal screen.
Choose either "Donate or pay with PayPal" or use debit or credit card.
